Hi everyone this is my new grow.

Im using 300w blue spec cfl and i also have a 18w TT flouro.

Here i have the church and a bagseed that i thought was pretty nice so i decided to plant one.

Im using Canna terra pro soil & nutes.

Before I used a 400w hps which was too much to handle on the electric bill! So now I have 2x 300w cfls (blue & red) 2x 125w and 2x 26w cfls and the 18w TT flouro. I shall be using them during the grow.

Heres some pictures of how its going.

You should try to hang those big bulbs horizontally so that most of the light is being shined down onto the plants and not onto the walls like it is now. Good luck dude

not bad. i think the cfls will work fine and hurt a lot less on the bill lol good luck and keep this updated

That and u could make a hood or buy one but there are some creative cheap ways to make them yourself in the DIY section

Shouldn't that bulb be a little closer to the plant? I would put it at the same height as the flouro tube. Looking nice though man, nice upgrade

Yeah i lowered it and its as close as can be, not hot at all which is very helpful.

bout how old are your plants.I'd say the big one 2 weeks,small one 1 week...look nice.Like the setup.
