That's a 400W MH lamp about 3 feet above. 18/6. Room temp 78-83. First grow, what should I do? I haven't watered them for a two days.

Could it have been my light was parraelle with the long closest ends for the bending? I just fixed that after the pictures. And does that plant a look like it can recovery by any chance? should i trash it and plant a new?
