get some 100w or 150w CFL's. water only when the soil is dry. dont overwater. you dont need nutes yets. the more lights the faster your plants will grow

hey when they say a 23W cfl is = to 100W it still puts out as much as a 100W but uses only 23W right?

yup. puts out 100w but only consumes 23w

No, don't use an incandescent bulb. Use some kind of flourescent.
Many of the guys are talking about CFL's which means Compact FLourescents, and are referring to a screw-into-regular-socket compact flouro bulb. Those are 23 watts, and even tho they supposedly replace 100 watts, they are still only 23 watts. A couple of other guys are talking about 100 watt compact flourescent bulbs that are made for indoor growing, and are about a foot long, and are called Envirolights. Those cost about 100 bucks, but the 23w cost a few bucks.

Or you can use straight flourescent tubes.

Heya, I use a 95 watt full spectrum envirolite CFL, and I must say, I've had fabulous results. My light sits mere inches off my plants and I usually have to move it up every two days. Potroast is right though, mine cost me bout' 100$CAD with taxes. Though it doesn't screw into a regular socket. The lamp's self-ballasted, but i had to build a conversion socket. I attached a mogul socket to an extension cord with a couple of electrical connectors. It plugs straight into my power bar and works great, i recommend it to anyone.

I'm using the aerogarden . Is it good to grow some good smoke ? I'm using a heated fan to control the temp. That is it that all I'm using . What should I be doing diffrent ? Please help .
