okay so im getting an hps light, about 300 watts total, i vegged for 7 weeks with 300 watts of cfls (the good kind). will this have any negative effects if i take care of the heat??

veg with cfl and flower with hps??

nope, not at all hell if anything postive effects although your putting out the same watts... lumens and spectrums from the HPS is blowing those CFL's out of the water...
in another words... your going to get some bigger buds.
