so I'm in a rental,,and couldn't fuk up there door,,so I bought one,,at Home DePOT,,30 bucks,,then I bought two bathroom vent fans,,good for 45 sq feet each,,40 bucks for the pair,,my closet being 12 sq feet,,this should do the job,,the pics are nothing spectacular but I'm pretty proud so far,,and owe it all to the fine peeps at Rollitup for the knowledge I have gained,,it's not complete yet,,but I gotta do a beer run,,and thought i would show off what I've done so far

ok,,here's the door with the intake fan mounted right to the door,,the upper HoLE will be the exhaust,,the fan for the exhaust will go in the top of the closet and flexhose will come through the upper HoLE and go to a nearby window to get rid of bad smelly air,,good thing I'm on the top floor of a 3 floor building

What is that black fitting in the door? Did it come with the bathroom exhaust?

Also what size is that drill bit and hole? Will the bathroom fan I buy indicate what size hole I should need? I will probabyl be going to home depot.

yes it's a small adapter that is attached to the fan,,you can hook up flexi-tubing to it,no it doesnt indicate,,but i can tell ya it's exactly3 inches round

That'll work! You're only a few bucks from adding a DIY activated carbon pre-filter system to that setup and you'll knock most of the smells out.

tell me more Constant,,took a bit of searching and i found carbon filters available from Home DePOT from 40 and up,,,took a lil longer too figure out DIY,,,hahahaha,,,,so how do I DIY it,,or are ya sayin buy one
