Default PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP!!!. What do I do?
I have two rooms. One is 6X6 for veg and the other is 7X7 for flower. they are connected by a door. the door has a 465cfm fan blowing from the flower room into the veg room, and the veg room has a 465cfm fan going outside about 100 feet away. The problem is that everything is way too hot, 90 degrees in the flower room and 110 in the veg room at times when the light is on. The lights come on at night at 8 and turn off at 2 in the afternoon. I recently bought a new air conditioner, the kind you put in your window. The box said it cools 150-250 square feet of room. Is my problem that I am sucking too much air out of the room? How else do I cool it down?

first off, i do not suggest sucking air from one room and out to the veg. Both rooms have to also have passive/active vents bringing in fresh air. whenever you exhaust air new air has to be replaced. secondly, i would suggest getting a cool tube to minimize the heat that 1000w light gives off.

give the full dimensions of the room including (LxWxH= this will give you the amount of cfm per mintue and multiply that by 5 and that is the amount of cfm you need). an ac is good to have.

Yeah dude separate the air outflow from your rooms you are pumping in too large a volume of
hot air from your veg room to your flowering room, you are pumping in as much air as your fan can extract from the flowering room
which is li6terally smothering your plants either that or get a seriuos fan for your flowering room that would be able to move greater than 1000cfm!!

Like switchone said you should have both blowers venting out, and passive intakes supplying fresh air for both rooms.

You may get by pulling the hot air rising off the reflectors with a duct tied into your hood - to the blower - to outside.

You'll also need a second A/C for the second room.
