Im growing 2 Pot of Gold plants that are growing lots of white hairs and have been on the flowering 12/12 cycle for 3 1/2 weeks, with an estimated flowering time of 8-10 weeks....

My question is, when do the white hairs stop growin' and the buds start flowin'?

give it time...they'll start. when 2/3 of the hairs turn red cut that bitch down.

At 3 1/2 weeks, they should just be starting to show crystals. They'll start to really get beautiful from here on out. Go to Radio Shack and buy one of their 30X scopes ... about $12. You can get a great view of the pistils and crystals. When the crystals turn cloudy the buds are ready for harvest. That will coinside with about 70% of the pistils turning redish or brownish. Usually, the longer you let them go, the more body stone, the sooner you harvest ... the more head high.
