Default Lights left on too long

I've been turning the lights on about 12 everyday and off about 2 in the morning but the other night i forgot to turn them off.. what should i do and how bad is this for the plants?

Get yourself a timer, saves you doing it manually.
And if it was just the once it might not do any damage at all..

Theres always the possibility of it turning hermie due to stress, but I doubt it..

Just keep it on the cycle and it should be ok..

Like arrid said get yourself a timer.
Why are you only giving them 14 hours of light per day?

I'm a newbie grower of Indoor Durban Poison using soil. They seem to be doing awesome so far...I really wish I could tell which were the females. I've been using the 24 hour cycle...when should I go to flowering stage?
