non closet growers

is there any other non closet growers in here? all i seem to see if growers with 1 - 10 plants in a small closet.. not that there's anything wrong with that, just curious to see if there's any other big growers on this site

Just firin' up a new room myself, ferncakes...

9' x 11'......3400 watts. 4- 600 electronic ballasts from Lumatek powerin Hortilux's... 1 mag/coil 1000 MH sitting in the middle...standard lamp tossin out the blues.

5 plants. DWC. 5 gal buckets. Got a Waterfarm column in there dripping 15 on/ 15 off....and airstones in the bottom. (gonna add more..which ones do you like/use?)

started vegging the clones June 5th. Just went 12/12 Saturday...about 6 weeks of veg. 2 strains. One is much larger so it will pose a challenge (she's in ther middle) but we'll make it work. The largest plant is about 4 ft tall and 4 ft wide...the other 4 are about 3 x 3...and SUPER bushy.

So...do you pistlwhip/trim the stem heavily for bud growth on yer approach or do you let em just go? Still trying to decide which way to go here...

but yeah..lotsa closets here..if that. I've seen kiddies growing UNDER THEIR BED here...foookin amazin. And the CFL crowd is stronger here than ANY other cannabis site I've been./am a member of. Other forums MIGHT have a special section for CFL grows...but on most sites...it just seems a moot point because folks are more SERIUOUS about growing than that.

to each their own..but...LOL....I could care less about energy savings...I want my bud.

Last yr, our grows were around 100-150 plants in one room with 5 - 1000w HPS systems. And the veg/mother room had 3 - 400w MH systems. Electricity bill was around $600-$700/month...

Holy hell! That is the one of the only reasons I'm somewhat reluctant to use a high watt HPS

i grow in tents. 2 4x4x6 tents with a 600 digi and a 4 foot 6 bulb for veg. Run four in flower and four in veg but I am medical and legal by the old rule cuz I finally got it right. I am using five gallon dwcs with 20 watt airpumps. Co2 for flower and I want it for veg.
