How High Should I Veg These Before Flowering (i am hoping for an ounce a plant)?!

Also How Far Away From Light Should i Keep Them ?!

I am watering Twice A Day With A Spray Bottle , Spraying The Whole Soil ;and a foliar spray , is this enough Watering ?!

Any help or advice would be well appreciated.

if i were you id water with a precise(ish) measurement directly into the soil every 3 or 4 days. the light should be about 10" above the plants. dont foliar spray your plants during lights-on, as the light will burn the wet areas of the leaves. foliar spraying isnt always necessary but is perfectly acceptable during the lights-off period. id give your little babies at least another 2 weeks in veg, totalling around 30 days, then whack them into flower.

ps, looking nice, they all fems?

that all depends on your environment. for 5" pots, id say about 1/3 of a litre every 3 or 4 days. the best way is to experiment, see how the plants respond, and then water accordingly. the easiest way to check if your plants need water is by judging the weight of the pots wet, alongside the same pot dry..

ive just watered my plants today (in 5" pots) for the first time since i potted the germed seed (just over a week ago)

Welcome rhinogrowuk

Morp is right.
As far as how much water.
You should be watering with about half of the pots volume.
That is if the soil is to the top.

Those look like very small pots.
I would say around 100-150 ml per pot.

You must wait for the soil to dry out in between waterings though. (very important)

Better to underwater like you are doing than to overwater.
You can always gradually add a lil more water each time and also spread out you waterings.

You should be able to get to where you only water every 2-3 ds and then maybe once a week.

I would consider transplanting in the near future also.

Good luck
Happy growing
