4x4x8 Whats the IDEAL lighting setup? Also how much light for mother, clones?

Ok heres the deal, suppose you have a closet thats 4x4x8ft tall that you want to flower in only, whats ideal for this room? Im really looking for max yeild, i might even go verticle... If it too small for 1000's?
What about 2 600's verticle?
it will be lined in mylar, and mostlikely an aero setup, but it may be soil for a few months.

Ive also got a separate armoir, if you wanted to set it up as a cloning chamber in the bottom with the mothers up top what would be ideal this thing is 3x2.5x7 and dual compartment.
everything will be aircooled, I dont want to go nuts with the $ but price really is not an option.

awesome setup, ill take pics of mine in a few days when i get the mylar up. mines a bookcase closet, nearly unfindable. Whats your yeild w/ that 430?

my last grow was 15 plants 12/12 from seed.

taste samples of 2.3g

totol this grow with 15 plants = 401.2g about 14.3 oz not bad

26.75g per plant just under 1 oz.
