If you don't go by ppm... then I would suggest using OG Raskals sched- super simple: 1 capful of Big Bloom and 1 1/2 Capful of Tiger Bloom per 1 gallon of water. Adjust as needed, I found I use a bit more Big Bloom- just pick up a gallon of Ozarka Spring water add the capfuls and use that for every watering until gallon is done. Just make sure you at your ideal PH once done mixing...which is why I use Ozarka

i use the full line of fox farm in sunshine mix and you guys are right at full strength you will get some burn when the plants are small, however i have found that once the plants are a bit bigger you can do full strength as long as you water enough to get a fair amount of run off, im in the first week of flower with some blue cheese and sour diesel and im using full strength nutes and not getting ang burn, i use the grow big hydroponic because it is buffered to 6 so i dont have to worry about messing with ph which is nice

I am using the FF nutes and the liquids work fine. I started the grow at 1/4 strength in week 1, and was at full strength by week three. They are not as hot as some of the other liquids that are out there on the market. The solulables are a different animal. They are all three VERY hot. I use 1/4 to half strength only.

I spoke with the people at Fox Farms about the sols and they told me that if there is one that you can leave out, it is the Beastie Bloom. It is only used for 2 weeks and the Open Sesame and Cha-Ching will cover any gain you might get from BB. Just passing the info along. The last three weeks of the bud cycle is the one of most critical as that is when the flowers swell and put on the weight. Cha-Ching does a good job of providing the nutes that the plant needs for that. YMMV.

Thanks that's the answer I was looking for. I start the Beasty Blooms this weekend. 2 weeks into flowering and everyday I can see noticable change daily.

Are you guys adding the solubles with every other watering like the schedule says, or just doing 1/4's with every watering? I'm just getting to the point where I need to be adding the solubles but mixing different batches with and without seems like a real hassle.

Also, I'm using the pH drops to indicate pH level in a small vile after making my mix. Does the color of the added solubles make this test any less accurate? I noticed the water had a pinkish hue after adding the Open Sesame and am worried this tint might screw with the pH test.

okay well im fixin on gettn some nuts. but limited on money, im pretty sure im at the start of the budding stage, if i buy only the tiger bloom an big bloom think thats all ill need for my first grow considering i have no clue how old they are? lil white hairs shootin out a lil pod is considered flowering if im not wrong, but thats common sense right? just tryin to get some nice buds my first time out, also i turn my light off, i look at my plants there bright bright green the tops leaves are hella lime green, also the leaves have a clear crust formin over them, im takin it thats the trics?

As to the second, the nutes don't make the pH test any less accurate, there's not enough of a tint to change the color in the vial from, say, green to yellow.
