Default CFL question, good idea, bad idea?

Bored and stoned, i configured this contraption from shit i had around the house, and a trip to lowes. Do you think this is an OK idea to start a couple plants under? Im new to anything to do with CFL's, but i think everything with the fixture should be ok. your thoughts?
I plan on running 2 each of the cools and 2 daytime for the veg, and maybe changing it for the flower. Anythoughts on this would be appreciated too.
    Thanks

Yea Bro, I did the same thing and it worked great for my girlies. Actually a bit better because the cfls hang at an angle, and theres an opening in between them for the plant to grow up in. The light hugs the top. get one of those setup for each plant. youll have some monsters in no time.

Hope they are the "daylight variety of bulb which has a Kelvin of about 6500 which is on the blue side which plants like, the soft white bulbs are red side a mix of 2 each will give them what they crave.

i doubt it, but its enough to get a couple going, and maybe ill build another, or something else. I want HID soon so i dont want to put to much into a CFL set up.
