Why is that so hard to believe, how much would you get for 3000 dollars, see it only works out to each plant being worth 3000 dollars. Normally when they work out the value it would be based on the cost of an 8th. Thats the street value.

Is it just me or wouldn't it be much easier to buy/rent a 2k sq ft metal building (like in an industrial park) and front it as a business. then you could use some sort of story for the high energy consumption, traffic (or the lack of it), etc.. But thats my $0.02.

Its not that simple. If you wanna pose as a business, you actually gotta register as a business, pay taxes, have fire department inspections, etc.
