Hi, my name is dakota and im new to horticulture and all this. but besides that im already on day 20 of vegging and my plant is looking pretty good. im growing in a 3 gallon clay pot with 'miracle gro all purpose soil' (don't tell me to get rid of it, im going to use it because ive heard of good strands grown with mg) i dont water til dry. starting after 2 weeks every few days i feed with 1/4 strength 'fox farm big bloom' for flowering i have 'fox farm tiger bloom', im using 1x 120watt mh with reflecter and 2 60watt cfls until i start flowering. now take a look at her for yourselves:

hey guys im on day 22 now. and my plant is looking pretty and beginning to give off a nice general marijuana scent. i love it. it just makes me more excited. lol.
anyways. check out my plant and let me know how ive been doing. im keeping it updated.

for 22-days they seem awful small...how far away is your light?


seem healthy otherwise, little bit of curling starting looks like.....what is your temp?

Hey Dakota,
Your plants look slightly yellow but that could just be the camera and lighting. I think you may be feeding with the wrong fertilizer at this point. FFBigBloom is high in the P and K...for the vegging stage you need something high in N... see if you can find FF Grow Big nutes.
I know what you mean about being excited seeing your babys grow. I'm on my first grow and everyday I check on them I can't help but to smile and feel a sense of pride as I bring my baby along. I had some issues at the beginning but this site provides a wealth of knowledge and you can always find someone to help out and provide input.

its almost 6 inches. im using a mh 120watt and 2x 100watt cfls, the mh is about 2 feet above and the cfls are almost touching.
the temp is at 75 to 80.
its healthy for sure.
but let me in on some tips im a noob.

Yea stop using bloom nutes now get some grow ones!

it is kinda small for 22 days man. Maybe you should water a little more, and move the lights closer- like 3-5 inches away max. At 22 days my bagseed grow was about 5" tall and had 5 sets of nodes. what kinda light you using?

My Garbage Can Grow

i guess the picture is deceiving cause it dont look 6" IF they are 6" thats not horrible i guess. That MH is needing to be lower...my 400 is 18" from my tops.....so yeah bring that light down a little closer and keep an eye out for your temps as it will effect them by lowering.......got fans in there? Try bring the light down a couple inches every couple days and see how it works for you. for sure though get different nutes...that could be affecting your growth
