bin a while since i posted due to technical difficultys,

im now about to begin the 6th week of flower,

i started leeching/flush at 5.5weeks

the pics are of an ak47 clone that had 1 week veg and then 12/12

bin using bio bizz allmix soil
bio biz grow/bloom/topmax nutes

400w hps in cooltube less than 8 inches away
125w red cfl for extra side lighting,

here are some photo's of the trichomes

i know just trichome colour isnt the best way to judge when to harvest but any ideas how long shes got left?

sorry for the poor quality close ups, im using a camera phone with magnifying glass sellotaped onto it lol

lol love the pic's. you need a 30x mag glass to see the trich's you will see clear cloudy and amber. Cut them when you get 30-50% amber. don't feel bad about bad pic's trich are hard to get pic's of my camra will do it but I have a hard time getting them.

Wow, those look good man, i would say not long at all but stump's right. Need 30x scope to see them. I like to harvest just when i see like 5% amber

$10 bucks at radio shack. Go by the trics. At least 2 weeks. Patience.

some places like the tops look mature as maybe fully amber but lower down looks like newer growth,if the trichs on the newer looking stuff have passed from clear to cloudy then id harvest now for a well rounded stone,unless you want the lock then wait for the newer stuff to amber up a bit

i was guessing around another week and a half/ two weeks till i chop, i prefer couch lock so maybe i will wait a little longer,

im gonna try and get me one of those pocket microscopes to get a better look,
i can look through the magnifying glass and with my eye i can see the trichs a lot better than with the camera phone and they look roughly 45% clear 50% cloudy and 5% amber

Dude if your using a reg. mag glass your not seeing what you need to see..

its not a standard magnifying glass for reading etc its a really strong one with quite high magnification,

very cool thats a good glass if you see them that well. I took the eye peice off a scope and used a mag glass. it worked but was hard to hold focus.
