Default Cheap Air Cooled Reflector???

Can anyone give me a link or some info on where to buy a AIR COOLED REFLECTOR for my 400 watt hps.. ?? And also is this basically all i need to cool my light? Im going to ventilate but im basically focusing on COOLING down my light.

And 1 more thing.. i noticed most cooltubes are about 10''... my bulb is 10'' is it okay if my bulb is sticking out at the end of the tube a little bit?

my bulb is about 9 1/2 inches including the threads. i will shown you some pics later of my dual reflector im making. i have things to do.
i bought a couple of Bake A Round Tubes from ebay to make mine its 14" long.
ill be back later. here is one pic.

hey man did you use the DIY guide on this site? and.. have u tried it out? what are the measurements? And those reducers o the cooltube... do those fix the problem with the bulb being a little long?
