poor mans Co2??

I was drinking from a "refreshing" bottle of Pepsi max when I had an idea.

Has anyone just shook up a bottle and opened it in their grow room?
No wait that would be a bad idea..i meant aggravate it enough so that it lets the Co2 out.

I mean they are "carbonated drinks."
You could just leave the lid off and it should release the Co2 slowly.

I guess as long as you're willing to drink flat cola then it's worth a go..

Bet someones said it before.

Interesting hypothesis and it would work in theory, but it wouldn't be enough to be beneficial....are you using any kind of co2 setup? Check out the new post on dry ice......

Well you could just use more cans or bottles. or pour it out into smaller containers.. a bigger surface area means more will be released.

I haven't tried any kind of Co2 setup. I may do in the future.

Hmm, I assume it would be.
I'm not sure if i need more growth as I'm going stealth!
Besides, more growth = More smell, and on the budget i have i can't have more smell !!

LOL I feel you man I agree I'm going somewhat stealth-the maintenance people don't come in unless you are home, and I control who goes into the room, so I got some flexibility. Also mine are in an aerogarden, and are 10 inches tall just into the flowering stage but there is hardly any odor, I mean you have to get nose to nose with them to smell anything.
