What are some guesses for yield off each plant vegged 22 days under 400w m.h flowered at 8-10 inches day 31 flower thinking it is a little behind since flowering started early 1000w hps air cooled for flower temps stay at 77-79 and low when lights off is 69 F co2 and bio bizz,fox farm and fat flower nutes the purple strain is 25in tall the green is 35 in tall

I 've seen many a rule of thumb and my guess is expect 1/2 gram of dried bud, per WATT of light, if all other condidtions are right!.

i'm sorry roseman, but that 1/2 gram per watt thing cannot be that accurate, for example you yeild about 5 times as much with an AK-47 plant vs. a blueberry or jack herer, so how can you come up with such a generalization? I know you probably have much more experience then me (i have'nt really even grown anything, i just see what my friends get) to me this is just a mathematical equation where x=y, you know? I've seen my boy get 1 oz out of 1 plant and i've seen him get 1/4 out of the same size plant under the same contitions and nutes, so i would say it depends on the strain completely and the growers competence.

what strain is the bushy one? I have plant that looks a lot like just a bit younger. wild guess at yield? 4 1/2 oz of all of em'

I do admit it is a WIDE rule of thumb, but if you look at everyone's grow, and calculate the watts and yield, a rule of thumb is 1/2 gram of dried bud per wattage.
I was also looking at his pics which appear to be a sativa strain instead of indica.
It was just a wild ass guess!

Nice looking plants, how long have they been on 12's.
