Why would you take the largest (and least practical) solution provided and pretend it's the only option?

The smallest of these units is barely four and a half feet by three feet. It gives off 11k+ lumens and consumes only five watts.

The IR and UV can both be supplemented by bulbs and fixtures for very cheap, comparatively.

It's also impossible for most people in suburban or urban areas.

solar tubes I think are pretty cheap. No harm with an extra 50k lumens over yer grow. Especially if you are growing auto flowers. I have thought about that after seeing a grow done in a tent outside with lights. All the extra lumens.

Yeah. One reason for not mixing daylight and artificial in your house - is that, it's called a greenhouse. One reason for not using a greenhouse for your growing operation, is that they are easy to spot.
The combination of 'large solar amounts' and stealth and completely hiding lights at night during longer-than-daylight cycles is of course possible, but not all that practical.
Now, they sell sky-lights that are tubular, and can provide daylight in hard to reach places, but my guess is that artificial light would still be easier, cheaper and more stealth.
