How many people have ever been busted? howd you get caught, know any stories? also Whats the chance of getting busted? everybody talks about being careful for obvious reasons...but does the law really come down hard even on small time growers? I think alot of peopel would be glad to hear and share some of their own stories/experiences.

I know somebody that got busted "hypothetically of course". He had about 4 plants outside along a brush line. Surveyors possibly found it. To catch him they setup motion cameras and tipped one of his pots over. I assume they do this because nobody can resist fixing a tipped over bucket with a plant inside. He picked the bucket up then "snap". 2 weeks or so after he harvested it they came banging at the door.

where abouts in bc was that. i had 40 outside and Nathan happened to me and helicopters and plains went over all the time its weird that they would touch you for four plants its not like your going to be a big seller

Not BC....a little bit south.

BTW, no jail time and had the charge reduced to I think a misdemeanor. Had to pay fines though and a lawyer. I think he was out about 5k.
