Goin for the first time grow Will it work?

So far what im gonna try

My space 10 inchs wide 2 feet high
3 cfls and 1 14 watt(i think 3200)flurecent tube
i also have a cpu fan im gonna use for vent
and im gonna line it with tinfoil or spray paint it true white.

2 43w 5700k
1 25w 2700k
14w
for the veg state

2 25w 2700k
1 43w 5700k
14w 3200k
for the flowering state

Think i can get 2 plants a little over 12 inchs off that?
Id love for my first time to be nice and easy.

Adddvice?
