How many of you routinely prune your plants to give more light to the lower branches? I haven't, but I can see where the lower branches may benefit. this is my first grow though..i'd hate to f them up by pruning when I shouldn't be.

I don't. Some people tuck their leaves instead of pruning. Some people use HID's for light penetration. Some people use white paint for reflectivity. Some people use all of the above.

Thanks Mogie...I'm using metal halide so maybe its not necessary that I prune.
