Dr Green Thumb Needed For Hindu Kush Diagnosis!!

Hello Everybody I need Some Experienced Guidance!

I am growing a Hindu Kush Plant Indoors, I bought her when she was about 3 inches Long, and I’ve had her for 4 weeks.

Does this mean that the plant was already about a week? If so, is she really 5 weeks old?

When will she start flowering I’ve Heard 8 weeks?

I have her inside an old school phototron #4 in my garage.

The phototron has six Biax Bulbs but I'm not sure if they are - 40 Watt or - 55 Watt.

On top I have a Double SL-20 Socket Kit with 2 SL-20 Lamps
The kit hangs from a bracket molded into the top I believe this is called a germination Bulb. I put Aluminum Foil on top of each circular bulb to throw the light back down to the plant.

The phototron has six light reflecting sliding doors. Every day when I get home from work I take 3 of the doors OFF for circulation (No Fans)
At night before bed, I sit in there with her and smoke the day away
after all is done I put the doors back so she can sleep warm.

I used regular poting soil and hand water every other day, I Started her on (N20 8 16) Diet A week ago and her next feeding is on the 30th

I specified and Described the pictures as best as I could and placed the Questions next to them to make things easier.

Mirror Image – Plant actual Size at one Month and how Light reflects from Mirrored walls.

Closed Lid – How The plants spends Most of the Time = Nights and Days Till I get Home – 20 Hours Total.

Germination Bulb – Foil to Reflect Light

Purple Green Stems =Why is the Bottom of the Stem Purple when the Top and some other Stems Green?

Purple Green Stems Close – Why are some Stems Purple and others Green??

Different Branches - Why Do I have Different Branches and stems ( 2 on the Left)?

Bottom Branch - One of the Different Branches has been Growing since I got the Plant and its growing from the Bottom is this ok or should I clip it since its so Far from the other Branches

Top – Is the Room on the Sides of the Plant ok for it to grow Strong??
