delayed flowering and showing sex???

Hi all, first grow here and my bagseed babies were vegged for three weeks under 6500k cfl's, mostly 26 and 23 watts. They are about 1 foot tall and bushy, have four plants total. They have been on 12/12 for ten days and three are not showing sex yet, the fourth looks to be a male but not positive. They are under a total of 11 2700k cfl's, 40 watters and 26 watters with reflection. I did transplant into huge, square pots with foxfarm soil about four days into 12/12. Any ideas on how long it will take for buds to develop, did I shock them by transplanting? They are very healthy looking, all nice dark green with excellent undergrowth. I did read that if they are a tropical strain they may not be triggered by 12/12 and will just flower when they are good and ready? Temps are 70-78 during day, night around 60 degrees, humidity hovers near 55% always, no light leak at all, ph around 6.8, good foxfarm soil, no nutes added to soil since transplanting, again plants very healthy. How long is too long to show sex and flower??

Between 6-14 days, males show first genraly and tyhe gals make u wait lol, good luck mate
