I've read so many posts and I think this shows Mg. def.?

Setup:
400W HPS
12/12 going on 5th week
light about 8-10" off tops

have ferted. with a bloom plus 10-54-10 in week #2
which seemed to burn them, so i haven't done any since.
They're in Fox Farm Ocean Forest with perlite. (2 gal. cont.)

What should I do....they seem to be not growing for the past
couple weeks.

it looks bad for a mg def.
flush them a few times, they look burnt more than mg def
how long have they been flowering for ?do u ph your water ? water when lights out ?
mybe try puttin a very small amount of epson salt in your water b4 watering them ,

I don't water when lights are out. How much water
should I put through them to flush? They are in 2 gal.

Your plant is suffering badly from nutrient burn and nutrient deficiency, but it's not Magnesium, it looks like a multiple deficiency to me and particularly Phosphorous.

See those purple bands on the leaves? Classic P deficiency.

Your deficiency is worsening because you're not feeding it anything - you can't just stop feeding because you burnt the plant earlier on - you need to understand your nutrient and what the correct dose to feed at. 10-54-10 is pretty high in P, which is probably why you burnt the plant.

I'd suggest you start it off at a 1/4 dose than recommended as that will get you something like 2.5-13.5-2.5, which should be fine to start with. Start feeding that at every other watering (or nutrient feed, plain water, plain water, nutrient feed) - feed it plain water inbetween and watch closely for possible burning.

They won't grow - they're stressed and stunted from first a nutrient overdose and then a nutrient deficiency - the plant needs those nutrients to grow.

Thanks. so should I still go ahead and flush first. Then start feeding?
After i flush, should I wait a few days before feeding them first?

Also now that they're into their 4.5 weeks of flowering, should I only
feed through the soil or foliar feed?

If you've been feeding them plain water, there's no need to flush them.

Only feed through the soil at your stage in flowering otherwise you risk bud mould and leaf spot fungus.

It calls for 1/4 tsp. per gallon. (10-54-10) It seems
like if I cut that by 1/4 I'm barely putting any nutes
in the gallon of water, but I guess that's correct.

before i bought my tap water filter i was using gallons of drinking water from the store. I put the correct amount of nutes in the gallon for future use. after about 2 days i starte to see cloudy white spots in the water kinda looked like shredded toilet paper but in small amounts. I dumped em. Im not sure if it was the nutes or the water or bacteria? anyone else see have this problem?

if you are watering this when the lights are on then thats how you are burning it
the heats suckin the water up through the plant an burning it .
there could b bit of mg def or also nute. def. im not sayin baby grow is wrong
i dident think it was nute burn becouse u havent feed them in 2 weeks but there could b some locked up

flush with about 4-5 bottles of water make 1 bottle with a nute mix its good 2 flush with nutes
only use water for a day or 2 after flushing
then feed them with half the dose you normaly would to start of with an build it up, still go ahead an add a small amout of epson salt in your water too would do any harm

only foliar feed when veggin or very very early flowering

its only weed just stick 2 the rules an it does the work its self
