I'm using rapid rooter plugs for my clones, do I have to wait until the roots come out the bottom? or is there a way to check for roots.

They are on the 2nd day.

just wait till the clone is growing rapidly and the roots are out the bottom then it will be o.k to transplant.

Is there a way to know if the rapid rooter is working? at how many days? what do I look for?

get some sea weed extract, i use nitrozyme but "seaweed extract" from a garden store will do. mist once a day and keep under the humidity dome. the plugs will stay wet a long time so you dont have to worry. after a week you will notice your lower leafe sets yellowing, as long as you didnt over water, you can bet this is a sighn of rooting. wait 3 more days then i will start checking by lifting the top tray insert up and looking at the hole in the bottem. you should see nice roots at this point then xplant
