well i have to say the thc percentage may have change just slightly but we have a better understanding of how to grow and manicure now ive been told back in the 60-70s they smoked some real swagg filled with seeds fan leaves and stems and that was norm i asked my dad and he said thats how it always was for him but now days we aim for simesilla so no potental is lost in produceing seeds and the extas are cut away and or made into hash

I would have to argue and agree with you on some points, and alot of what dhh said I agree with. While genetically the plants are much the same, the growing styles have majorly changed and with certain breeders breeding selectively over many generations some very potent strains have been developed. 20 years ago probably 99% of marijuana was grown outdoors and most of the stuff available to a majority of smokers would be considered schwag by todays standards. Now we have the tight thick hydroponically grown buds well groomed and taken care of indoors away from the elements, of course its more potent. Now thats not to say its more dangerous at all, since when did potency ever coincide with danger? We'd all be lucky to say we were getting as high today as people were back in the 70s and 80s.

Yeah I kinda think it change slightly for the Better also specially with breeding ...
