even though there only two weeks old i should give nutes i have 15-30-15 nutes well that be good?? and no i dont have a ph meter
How much are you watering them?

i usually water them 1 time a day some times every 2 days but my g/f says i pay to much attention to them lol and i know its true so i've been trying to stay away and just water 1 a day
You will need some nutes. For veg they need more nitrogen than anything. An example of a good plant food for veggin would be a 20-10-10 or a 30-15-15.
Opposite fo flowering. Food for flowering would be 10-20-20 or a 15-30-30.
You can try what you have if you do not want or have the money to go find a different kind. Remember to start out with only a little bit. Your plants can get burned easily, especially at that young age. I would recommend starting out with no more than 1/4 the recommended dose for an indoor potted plant.
Also, you WILL need to get a pH meter. At least one for liquids, if not for liquids and soil. Trust me, of all people, you will need one or you will suffer horrible problems. If you're blind to your soils pH, you may not know when you're having a nute lockup.

What are you feeding them, @ what PH, and how strong ???
We need more information about your grow to offer more advice.
Peat holds nutrients very well! You could be giving them too much too often. When I was in soil I fertilized 1-2 a week with a mild solution. Otherwise I watered with PH adjusted water.
okay and what do i do if using the nutes dos not help should i up the dose???
I personally do not give anything to the soil until at least 3 weeks after planting. The seedling gets it's food from the seed until then.
The ferts you have are for flowering, use those when you go to a 12-12 lighting schedule.
Get some sort of veg growth fertilizer, something with a high nitrogen content. I try to use something like 24-10-10.
You're going to be repotting soon too.
