Default these danm knats please need help from advanced growers

well i found a way to reduce the knats but when i lifted up my dwc bucket my roots are going into the water with a shit load of baby knats how could i kill pest thats on my roots should i just spray the off with water or spray the with organic pesticide or just cut the root off?

wow, are you watching water temp, get some mad air in there , mabey flush with mild soap or peroxide mix..
