Just wondering if this is natural, I think it's maybe nute burn but I'm not qualified to make that call. Any help?

This plants 18 weeks old, 2 feet 8 inches. Schultz 10-15-10 2.5 mL per 2 lites every 2 weeks. Under 12/12 4 weeks 2 days.
