Default flower at 14 inches ok for yeild

ok my second grow, my first yeild not the best, early harvest..., now second grow, plants 12 to 14 inches, , looks like so far 4 of six girls, lost two,, now the question, if i let these stay in flower will i get a half decent yeild, it is soil with 400hps 12/12, adding fish elmulsion, and bloom

well i trying to get it set ip on consecutive grow and yeild, but only one 400 switchable mh, hps, and i have a set up of flores, but nothing like 400mh for veg,
