Ok, so I've finally borrowed 2 400W HPS Systems from my buddy, got 28 seeds germinating, about 24 doing well, and went and bought some 19-6-12 plant nutrients for the veg state, i was wondering if this is ideal for veg, plus what nutrients should i get for flowering, ive heard something like 5-15-15, not sure though, and about my soil, my seeds are just now germinating and almost ready to go into the soil, but im not sure what soil mix is best, for veg/seedlings, my local store sells peat moss, and perlite, so i was thinking of using a mix of quality basic soil/perlite/peat moss. just wondering everyones input and any advice welcome!, btw i am going to put the plants outdoors for their entire veg state, as i have a roof patio and whatnot, just got the lights for flowering, as the plants would be to big and noticable outdoors where i live when flowering. neighbors are a bitch eh? anyways like i said, any tips welcome, please respond!

thanks, however i did a lil research, and fox farms is not available in my area, id have to drive 2 hrs atleast to get it, i was just wondering if the 19-6-12 mix i have of nutes works good for veg, and if a peat moss/perlite/soil mix will work throughout the entire plants life, and if something like a 6-12-12 is good for flowering

well if your going to plant them in the peat/perlite mix you need to get your hands on some hydroponic nutes, look at like general hydroponics flora series, they are cheap and work good. as far as your idea about veg outdoors then bringing them in to flower i sort of think it has some problems....but can be pulled off with good results, what happens is that outside there is always bugs on them so when its time to bring them indoors you will have to do a super good job of cleaning the bugs off, also if they are used to full sun once you put them under the lights they will probably stretch a bit, i think you should do the whole thing under the lights, the plants will grow much quicker under 24 hours of light than they will under a few hours of sunlight but thats up for debate to, and finally for an outdoor grow i think that the peat/perlite mix you have in mind is unsuitable as it will dry out to quickly when its baking in the sun with wind blowing and all that good shit so that needs some re-thinking, but yeah if i were you i would just do it indoors all the way unless there is a reason you cant, i think that with those 2 lights and a lot of tlc you could pull a pound or close to it in about 3-4 months
