I have a 12 bucket Ebb n Grow set up. I am thinking of changing over to a Sea of Green cycle. Should I stick with the Ebb n Grow, and expand using 36 more buckets, or should I change over to a completly new Hydro set-up?

It will cost me about:

$60 bucks per 6 buckets.... $60x6=360
$50 for clay pellets per 6 buckets.... $50x6=300
$50 for each res. I will need three more..$50x3=150
Total:$810.00

Seems like it would be a sweet set up once it is all going, But seems abit spendy...Of course this is retail and I could try and buy buckets and convert them for the hardwear store...Any Suggestions out there?

Send your money to me. I have better uses for it.

Wow...You have alot of $$$ to throw around dont you?

$300 on Grow Rocks?? You could buy a 600wHPS for that.

My advice....start slow....buy things as you need them. Its easy to overspend and not use everything you purchased.

Start with one bucket. You'll see that $300 on growrocks is waaayyyyyyy overestimated.

One step at a time....buy as you NEED things. We all could spend $5000 on a set up. But you can get the job done for alot less.
