this is my first grow from some bagseed. open to suggestions feel free to critisise or praise. under1 125w enviro (2700k), dimpled reflector. grown in 2 gallon pot, regular potting soil with 3mths feed. watered every 3 days till 5th wk then 200ml every 2 days. i also mist her before bed! i am also feeding her phostogen (multi supplement) includes nitrogen mg phosphate and others. not much more to say. any tips muchly appreciated.

not bad for bag seed and your first go man, I think that your PH or nutes are slightly off though?

and it looked a little stretched as a seedling, other then that it looks fairly good man.

how soon do you think i will be able to tell its sex??? its got loads of new growth near the stripes, and on the top node it looks like pear shape calyx's. cant get a close up to show you i'll try in a bit with the digi cam!

update!!! this is the second week of 12/12. still not showing no signs of sex at all!!! hopefully soon.

I usually see signs of sex within a week. I've read around sometimes it takes longer. You don't see no little "specs" beside the internodes do you. I made the mistake way back when, didn't think it showed sex yet cause I didn't see white pistils. A friend of mine came over and pointed out that I had grown out 4 males. Beautiful looking "males". Hope the best for ya.

ive just put her to bed, lookin round i've found some pistols!! bout 5 sets around the tips of the soon to be colas. woo hoo shes a she. ive got 10 durban poison for the next grow when we move house can't wait.

the tips curling down look to be sighns of over feeding so you might want to cut back on the feeding you are giving it. lower doses. also if you switched to 12 12 before there were alternating node arrangements, she will take slightly longer to kick into gear but will non the less. keeping in mind nute buren you can also increase tehe levels of phosphorus ad potash to help her into the transition of flower. these are nutes and ferts design for bigger, denser, resin dripped blossems, i use the fox farm trio open seasme cha ching and beastie blooms. everything looks good and good luck on your next grow, durban poison is fantastic sativa and you will love it, she likes to stretch so you might want to think about a 6500k spectrum as the red light might let her reach, low matainance very "upity" clear thinking high. peace
