If you are growing auto strains in fresh soil then it shouldn't be needed.

How much weight can you pull from one of these boxes? Dry weight. Im not talking about the best ever results, but average to good results.

I don't fill mine. I put a seedling in every couple of weeks and they are in around 10 - 12 weeks before harvest. Last one out yielded 21.9g dry bud in 10 weeks. I guess I could fit 3 in there that size without any trouble so 60 - 70g should be easily achievable.

put in 3 and see what happens, worst comes true and you get only like 60g zomg! rofl put in 3 again and try adding some co2 or somethin test your system to see what will work and what wont and after a few harvests (which are mad quick <3 autoflower lol) you'll prolly be getteing more

and you guys really think id need a veg cfl? a 70w hps is like 6k lumens and in a half sq foot of grow space that's 12k per foot, even with a 10% loss from a cooltube thats still 11.2k lumens per sq. foot. Im sure that a better balance of light would be better but then again ive heard of ppl going straight from seed to finish with just a hps and more lights might cause some heat issues... in should have enough light with only the hps since they will be growing extremely close to the light but then again idk. This is gona be my first micro with a hps and i havent really seen many or any successfull HPS/hydro/PC grows.

o and remember LR2 doesnt need crazy amounts of nutes. recommended for hydro is somewhere around 1200-1600 ppm, which is nothing when compared with like ak which can tollerate much more ive even heard rumors of like 3000pm

The best guys in the best setups look for 1g per watt. I guess I'm about half that and I have things pretty well sorted and I know what I'm doing. First time out you should just use as a learning curve and be happy with what you get. Your 2nd run may get you 80g if you learn fast and read up on it.

Hey LOLsauce. In my experience the big lumens on your bulb are a bit misleading and the shape of the bulb isn't helpful for a 3 plant grow. Best way I can describe it is if you draw 3 triangles say 15 inches high and put a 4 inch egg a couple of inches above the middle triangle. Straight away you can see that the far left and far right sides get no light at all. A couple of leaves at the top of the middle plant block light from everything below them too. So all of a sudden, your lumens are only hitting a small amount of the plants. Those lumens are also a bit frail. 6000 are available say 2 inches from the bulb but only 4500 are at 3 inches. By 8 inches you have only a few hundred lumens.
Another bulb will at least give you a better light spread.
If I still had my little hps in the case I would probably grow one plant at a time and lst it like mad so that I had 10 or 12 little tops right next to the lamp. Another cfl would get the next plant started and help out on the big girl too.

Whatever you guys end up doing, you'll learn a lot and your next grow will be much better.

ok guys it happened just got done ordering all the stuff i got the complete package comes with both boxes the veg box and the flower box and comes with the hydro kit. idk if ima try using the hydro kit first cause i know nothing about hydro. but anywyas and i also orders a package of 10 feminized lowryder #2's. im soooo stoked
