Oh also, I will be building a 2nd smaller cab in the future to house mom/clones/veg that will have a 250mh bulb

Anyways, I was hoping for some advice. I bought 2 10''x6'' air grills for the back and I am wondering if you guys think it would be good to use both or just one?

In regards to ventilation I plan on putting 6 120mm pc fans (rated at 110cfm) in here with a 400w hps bulb. Ballast will be DIY. I was thinking about having 2x120mm fans directly on the light for cooling as well as the other 4 placed strategically in the box for air flow. Does anyone know if 2 of these fans directly on the light would be enough to cool the 400w bulb? I would appreciate suggestions on how to accomplish cooling this diy ballast with my resources, or maybe a couple extra ones.

I know its hard to give good suggestions without pics, but just use his for now but imagine smaller...I'll post pics as soon as I get my camera cable back!
