    Default white paint or reflective mylar with 400watt mh/hps?

    Hi there. I see that many folks with cfls are using reflective mylar with them. Well, let's say I have a room that is 10'L x 7'W x 7'H, and a 400 watt hps lamp. (mh conversion bulb used for veg, then switch to hps bulb for flowering.) Would it be better for the plants to cover the walls with flat white paint, or with reflective mylar? Thanks. edited to add: my actual growing area would only be 3'x3'.

    either will be good, if you have a pot of white paint handy, i'd just go with that...

    I would can the mylar... use either white paint or black/white poly. Mylar is a paint to keep clean and organized.
