Default cooltube question about the bulb vibrating

ok so i have a 400 watt cool tube and a mh bulb in it with a 6" vortex....when i have the fan on half wat the light bulb is vibrating...is this bad???

never mind i figured it out by trial and error...every time i ask for help on these web site i never get it...or if i do it takes days...

i had the fan blowing the air over the light from where the bulb mounts and now i have the fan blowing the air over the bulb from the front....aerodynamics lol..
