getting another 150 econo light

would getting another 150 econo light be much better to use for mother plant than what it has now with about 200w total in cfl, basically a bunch of 23w bulbs, right?

i am prety sue its much better and puts off 4x as many luminens, but idk.. lol

and if i out two of them together would there be much of a add up of luminens instead of one?
