if you top it you need to let it heal before flowering or it will hurt your yield

i was watching a hydroponic video that i downloaded from bearshare called "Cannabis Cultivation - I Grow Chronic - How To grow Pot"

He says you should top 1 week after first flowering, and he gets an excellent yield.

if you top the plant while in flower, youre forcing it to regenerate growth, thus almost reverting. using flowerperiod to grow new shoots is ultimately not making buds, yeald will be affected. Top 1 to 2 week befor flower for best results.

can you keep topping multiple times or will that stress to much, before flowering..?
