skip watering for a day ??

i usually water once a day.....i forgot to leave a gallon sitting out for 24 hours and do not want to use water straight from tap....is it ok to skip one day ?? btw i have a lil gnat problem too....will letting the soild dry out a bit take the gnats away??...thanks for any help.....

You need to water every three days...let it dry out some between waterings.....go to walmart and get a bottle of gardensafe fungicide#3 it will get rid of the gnats and several types of fungus......mist your plants under leaves too and mist the soil....this should solve your problems........hope this helps...keep us posted..

so i mist the plant with the fungacide as well for the gnats ??

You guys just throw out info without properly obtaining INFO 1st. You can't tell him how often to water... What size pot? how big it plant? Is his room hot? high humidity?

Let the soil dry out, Not desert dry, but dry to the first knuckle. This will Make a much stronger plant and help get rid of the gnats.

and ive heard your not supposed to water everyday but i give my three small guys in five gallon buckets about a gallon total for all of them and they have been very healthy looking so i just stayed with once a day......

my humidity stays low around 37-43%...my temps between 74-80

??????????????Detrimental...I usually do it at least once a month.This doesnt hurt youre plant.The roots will roam to look for moisture,so when you do feed and water it has a bigger pipeline to pump the nutes with.Stalks double in size and buds are larger

No I did not, I never put a Time on it, that is how noob's Overwater! never set a time, It will always be different from your grow! think about it................Water when it's dry, not when someone, whom has never seen your grow in person tells you to.....

Three days is the norm in a typical grow room you don't need his social security # to give out general info...........besides I got on here to help someone not argue with someone trying to start trouble.......

norm, what's normal? 1 gal pot, 2 gal, 5 gal? So I suppose a 5 gal pot with a 10" plant needs water every 3 days? LoL This kind of Info is why I haven't been on here for a while and will be leaving again.

i agree with autotek500 water when the soils is dry about a 1/2 inch deep your bud will be better

auto is the one telling him to water every three days.......................
