well yes to the single colas but they dont have to be teeny tiny. With the right lights and experience you cant get well over an ounce of one single cola. Basically you cut the bottom 1/3 of the vegetation off the plant so that it only makes one big ass bud.

loly popping is when you prune the plants for large buds, by stripping the vegation on a branch forming 1 large bud per branch. you cut off off the bullshit little popcorn buds on the branches so the plant focus' its energy on the tips and form large full buds. loly popping is not single stalk plants its just pruning the crap off so your buds grow full and not sparce and airy. if you dont prune and leave the little crap pieces on the branches all the buds that are close to the main stalk will be worthless and only good for hash. but hey if you like .5 gr buds thats all leaf have fun and dont prune.
