Default molasses

got a question on molasses.i've heard about adding it to ur water during flowering.what i'd like to know is when,and how much.my girls are 46 days in to flowering [trainwreck],and looking very good.also growing in soil[organic] with foxfarm nuits.any help,?please.

It's not too late to start. I'm using 2 Tbsp per gallon. Dissolve it in very hot water then mix with the rest of the gallon. Shake vigorously. The water that is Let it get to room temperature before use.

I've read here where it is advisable to start after 4 weeks flower. I started around 6 and I've seen impressive results.

i use one tbs per gallon, but the rest of what he said is right on. rep for the hot water instructions, most people don't know that

yeah molases is great!!!
Props to videoman.. I know you are out there.

I would stop 1-2 weeks before harvest though.
I add it with my bloom mix.

I would also try it about a week after you start adding veg nutes on the next grow.

of course it does; just like any other flower supplement. i don't use molasses in hydro; it has caused me gummy problems before. hammerhead from ad nutes is great stuff for hydro.

Is this for the microbial action in the soil? I didn't know it would be helpful that soon. Thanks for that info!

KP, am I using too much molasses with 2 Tbsp per gallon? I started a little late and my girls seem to take whatever abuse I throw at 'em. What problems/symptoms should I be on the lookout for in the event of a molasses overdose?

Hey man has this affected your plants at all? I am using molasses with mine and I haven't wanted to mix molasses with ferts just to be cautious. I just water like half one day with molasses and half next day with ferts, then off for a few days.

If it doesn't bother them, then I will just simplify. Let me know.
