Default Proper temp in grow box?

What should the proper temp be in the grow box? Mine is at 88 not sure if thats ok or not?!?

Unless you are using co2 my understanding is that your temperature should be about 80. If you are using co2 than your temp. is perfect.

A few degrees on the high side. How are you ventilating that box and what kind of lights? A few more details and I'm sure someone here can help get your temp down to around 75 or so.

A/C installed in the grow room or general vicinity?
My room temp stays anywhere from 1 to 3 degrees hotter than house temp. Just dropping the house temp a degree or two usually brings it right back to optimal temp.

Can't say enough about ventilation

ideal temp for foliage = 77. ideal temp for roots = 68.
