My lady has been on 18/6 light cycle for about a month now when is a good time to switch to 12/12. Also how do i know which leafs to cut off and does it matter how i cut them? Thanks for all the help!

when they start turning yellow, use scissors or whatever and cut the leaf stem don't tear them off.
