2 1/2 weeks old. Started 12/12 two days ago. These are the only lights I'll be using as I cannot upgrade until later.

It was stretched bad from a normal lightbulb before I got the cfls and transplanted/buried it up to its cotyl's. Feeding it osmocote for the last 4-5 days

Is it normal for a plant this small to start smelling?

also, the camera sucks and the plants look different than they really do(color-wise I mean)

It's staying in the 3 gallon bucket. Plus it's on 12/12 now

I plan to add more soil, It was buried up to the cotyl's but sort of as a mound if you will which has now ran down from watering lol

DID YOU SAY 12/12 ALREADY?? This stage should be under light 24 hours (or 18/6 at least!)

no. your plants need to be more mature before you force flowering. If they were grown from clone they are mature when small - but seedlings are a different story.
