Thanks again for all the help so far. Here's another for ya. I'm going to put my girls on a 12/12 light schedule this weekend after giving them 36 hours of darkness to jump start flowering. They are approx. 12" tall, if most my varieties take 8 weeks indoors, how much taller will they get by harvest? I'm using a 400watt H.P.S.

They should be about 2-2.5 feet when you are done.

How many plants you got?

The stretch depends upon the strain really. If primarily an Indica you can expect the plant to double in height. A Sativa will tripple or better. A good Indica/Sativa cross will go maybe 2.5 times.

I'd turn the lights back when they get to betweens ten and twelve inches.The Grapefruit will go like gang-busters. "Finishes quick too.

Can you get any more light? More light = more buds. I could do with more light, in fact, no.... no. Hmmm. Anyway, no forget it. It's up to you, but another 400w HPS, or even a 250 will maximise your yield. I may well be getting some more myself today, or at least a HPS bulb to replace one of the blues. We've had 2 blues and one red all the way through the grow. Since flowering we've been alternating the red bulb. So I think it'd be nice to switch one of the blues for a red.

I was told that a 400watt H.P.S is good for up to 16 square feet and I only have 11. Plus heat would be an issue. But as soon as I can get a bigger grow area I'm movin on up.

Good isn't perfect.

skunk i've gotta ask, where the fuck is your grow room? in your garage? a spare room in your house? or in the middle of the desert, because it's quite a big room but you're in england and in my opinion would be a bit risky let me know anywhoo
