3 weeks old how are they looking they are under a 150 watt floursent ...any suggestions

I think they look great! Nice and healthy and size appropriate for 3 weeks. And limited stretch even with a florescent. Keep it up.

thanks picasso i have another question about the stretching. to get them bushier do you keep the light close? i saw another forum that they dint topp the plant or any thing but it grew horizontal and it looked like they had 15-20 plants coming from just one. is that done by bushing them out by keeping the light close?? or is it from LST?

i was wondering because i have two that have been flow. for 7 weeks and im starting to think the yeild will not support me for more then 2 weeks. im thinkin around 1 somewhere and im sad.lol. i have the space and would like to make it worth it in the end. just thinking outloud.

A really close/HID light will keep the nodes closer together and the plant won't stretch, but she will still have one dominant cola that shoots up.

Those plants you saw definitely had something done to them.

You need to read up on LST and possibly Fimming as well. Just fancy names for tying the plant down and fimming is making a single snip to create four main tops instead of one. You may want to study SOG for your next grow. I would definitely reccomend fimming for you now. Here is a great pic:

when should i fimm them it seems like in 2 days they have grown alot. i started them on FF nutes yesterday..

As late as I can in veg, but still give them time to recover from the fimming before Flower. So about one week before I go to Flower is when I do it. Not entirely sure if that is the best or not, just when I do it. You may want to ask around.

so i thought i would give an update. i removed the 150 florescent and put in a 250 hps and they seem to be loving it. lemme know what you think i started nuts 5 days ago...

how they looking. also the height in my tent is a little under 4 ft i wanted to veg longer this time to get them nice and bushy how tall should i veg them till.. 15"???

Yeah that sounds about right mate!!! They lookin pretty healthy too... Its totally up to you how much veg you give them and if they start to get to close to the lights later then you can always tie them down...thats how i roll.

i hope your prepared for some of the strongest smelling plants i have tried to grow cause once both skunk and white widow are in flowering stage the aroma is so pungent and amazing
