dark cycle interruption?

last night I passed out and forgot to prepare my grow room for the 12 hours of darkness therefore the lights in the veg area as well as a main light for the room were left on and exposed my flowering plants to some light all through the dark cycle. My plants have been flowering for about a week and are looking great. My question is did I cause any damage? or should i just not let it happen again? the plants (14 standing 2ft+ ) had no direct light as i have a reflector over the whole area but they definately got more light than a full moon would have offered. Is there anything i should do ?

Usually i go in a little before lights out and make sure to close the veg area from the flower area and also turn the rooms main light off they are all on timers they are working fine completely human error there thanks

Only time will tell if it screwed them up. I messed up and left the overhead light on for 3 days. All garbage when it was done.

Your at an early stage so might not be to bad. You will have to wait and see. Stress will do the most damage to them. Less yield and smaller plants.

OR you may get lucky and they are fine.

Peace
